TriDef 3D - Activation

TriDef 3D software must be activated before it can be used. The first time you run TriDef 3D, an activation dialog will appear. You can choose to start a 14 day trial by clicking "Start Trial", or if you have already purchased TriDef 3D, then enter your activation code and click "Activate".

TriDef Software Activation

If you purchased TriDef 3D through our online store, then your activation code can be found on your purchase invoice.

If TriDef 3D came bundled with your 3D monitor, or was pre-installed on your 3D notebook/PC, then activation is not usually required.

To enter a new activation code (or to re-enter an existing code), please select:

Start → All Programs → TriDef 3D → Utilities → Enter Activation Code

Please note that TriDef 3D software can only be used on a single PC. Please ensure that you install and activate TriDef 3D on the intended PC only.

Offline Activation

If you are not connected to the internet, or a connection to the DDD server cannot be established, then offline activation will be required.

If this is the case, choose "Activate Offline" when prompted. A message will appear stating that a file has been saved to your desktop. Please copy this file to another computer (one that is connected to the Internet) and double-click it.

If you did not enter an email address on the initial activation dialog, then you will now be required to enter one. A .zip file will be sent to this email address, along with instructions on how to complete the activation process.
